Food Hygiene Thermometer Kit

Food hygiene thermometer kit for use in the food and catering industries. Kit comprises a hand held thermometer (Therma 20) with easy to read LCD display together with a penetration temperature probe, air wire probe (ideal for measuring air temperature in fridges, freezers and chiller cabinets) and temperature log book. Probe cleaning wipes are also included within the kit that is securely stored in an ABS carry case. The instrument is supplied with a certificate of calibration.
