High Temperature Gauge - Chemical Seal & Cooling Tower

Pressure gauges have a limit as to the highest process temperature they can withstand, for a gauge with 316 stainless steel wetted parts this is typically between 100C and 200C depending on the design.

By using a finned stainless steel cooling tower in conjunction with a chemical seal it is possible to significantly reduce the temperature of the fluid entering the gauge.

Depending on the temperature of the process media, cooling towers can be supplied with either 5 or 10 fins.
