Double Block & Bleed Monoflange - Model AIDBBM Generation 200 Series

Ashford Instrumentation Double Block & Bleed Monoflange (with vent plug) Three Valve Manifold from our Generation 200 Series is manufactured from 316 stainless steel as standard and manufactured in the UK.

Mono-flange manifolds are suitable for gauge or instrument mounting direct to a system via a standard flange take off point. Various flange ratings available to suite almost any pressure rating and size within piping systems. Standard applications include static instrumentation, pressure gauges, transmitters and pressure switches. 

A variant with OSYM (Open Screw & Yoke) and  Flange to Flange Mount is also available. This Monoflange can also be manufactured in a wide range of exotic material such as Monel, Inconel, Titanium & Super Duplex. 

Instrument Calibration:  It is possible to connect a test gauge set up to the vent plug connection in order to calibrate the instrument without removing it from the system. With use of the vent valve and the plug it may be possible to carry out system bleed, sampling, and injection operations.
