Subsea temperature transmitter designed for temperature measure subsea. The SSTT Series transmitter can be used to measure process system temperatures subsea or for measuring sea water temperature at depth. Model SSTT(IP) is supplied with an immersion probe below the thread and is ideal for measuring process temperatures within pipelines or vessels. Model SSTT(NP) has the temperature sensor mounted internally at the tip of the thread connection so is ideal for measuring process temperature where there is no room for an immersion probe in the pipeline or for sea water measurement at depth when the sensor can be protected by a screw fit shroud. Electrical connection is via a conventional Subcon or Wetcon connector 2,3 or 4 Pin Connector. Standing housing is Marine Bronze but Titanium is also available as an option. Typical applications include oil & gas drilling and exploration, deep sea remote or unmanned vehicles, subsea equipment, submarine installations, deep sea dredging suction pipes & pumps, subsea pods. |
