100mm Diameter Pneumo Depth Gauge - "Mini" Design

The Ashford Instrumentation Ltd 100mm diameter Standard Mini Pneumo Depth Gauge has been designed for commercial diving companies measuring either diver depth or hyperbaric chamber pressure where a compact gauge is required with a measuring accuracy of  0.25% full scale.  These instruments are fully degreased and feature mirror band dials and knife edge pointers.

The instrument is only available with a 304 stainless steel finish. The 3-hole front flange (or narrow rim bezel for clamp fixing designs) have a natural stainless steel finish but can be supplied painted in a variety of colours including red, blue, green and yellow.  Zero adjustment is via the micro adjustable pointer that requires the bezel to be removed to access.

The bourdon tube design is suitable for all gaseous and liquid media that are not highly viscous and that will not solidify, crystallize, attack or corrode beryllium copper or brass.

This instrument is fully degreased and the dial is marked with the crossed oil can symbol in red and the wording USE NO OIL. Please note that as this gauge falls outside the minimum permissible accuracy class as defined in Table 1 of the European Standard  EN837-1, the standard is not printed on the dial face.  As sea water scales do not have an Internationally recognised value, please note that  all of our instruments are manufactured with a sea water specific gravity value of  1.025 which is marked on the dial.

As standard this instrument is supplied as 3-hole front flange with lower back entry although panel mount clamp fixing and surface mount with 3-hole back flange mount is also available.
