The Medical Lock range of high accuracy pressure gauges from Ashford Instrumentation Ltd are used for measuring the pressure within a hyperbaric chamber offering the ability to zero the pointer via an adjustment screw located on the front of the gauge. This style of gauge is mounted outside of the chamber and has the chamber pressure piped to the gauge measuring system. In the event that the gauge is to be mounted within the chamber you will require a Caisson Gauge and should follow this link. Available in 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 8.5" diameters with a black powder coated steel case and 160mm diameter with a 304 stainless steel case, the Medical Lock Gauge is fully degreased and is designed applications where breathing air or oxygen is being used. With an accuracy of 0.25% full scale, an easy to read mirror band dial and knife edge pointer the Medical Lock Gauge is built to highest standards and The Standard Medical Lock Gauge is fully degreased and the dial is marked with the crossed oil can symbol in red and the wording USE NO OIL. The European Standard EN837-1 is also marked on dial on ranges to 25 Bar. The Premium Medical Lock Gauge features an S3 Full Safety Pattern case and is suitable for oxygen service with the dial marked accordingly. As standard this instrument is supplied as 3-hole front flange with lower back entry although panel mount clamp fixing and surface mount with 3-hole back flange mount is also available. Bezels can be manufactured in a range of powder coated colours including red, green and yellow. |
